If you have purchased your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a QR code.

This QR code is your admission ticket and can be presented at the turnstile or reader at the respective facility.

No specific date needs to be selected when purchasing a chairlift or Fly-Line ticket. These tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used during the opening hours of the facilities.

When purchasing a climbing forest ticket, a specific day and period must be selected. The ticket is only valid on the selected day at the selected time.

The parking lot is located at the valley station of the chairlift on the Unternberg (approx. 150 meters from the climbing forest & approx. 200 meters from the Flyline).

Yes, all tickets can be purchased from our ticket machines on site (cash or card payment).

However, we recommend booking via our webshop to reduce waiting times.

Children up to and including the age of 4 ride the chairlift and drag lifts free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.

In the climbing forest, children may only climb from the age of 5 and a minimum height of 120 cm.
Please note the minimum grip heights prescribed for the courses - courses 1-5: 160 cm and courses 6-8: 170 cm

The Fly-Line may also only be used from the age of 5 and a minimum height of 120 cm.

Important: Children and young people (5-17 years) require the signature of a parent or guardian on the user declaration.
