Can I purchase several tickets at the same time?

Yes, you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in a single transaction.

Your data is linked and saved under "My account". This makes it easy to manage your tickets. The next time you want to buy a ticket, you no longer need to register your details.

How do I get my ticket?

If you have purchased your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a QR code.

You can use this code directly at the turnstile for chairlift tickets. Ski tickets must first be collected at one of the ticket machines on site using the QR code. Ski season passes and annual chairlift passes must be picked up at the information desk at the chairlift valley station during opening hours.

Where can I park?

The parking lots are located at the valley station of the chairlift on Unternberg (approximately 150 meters from the top station of the lower drag lift) and at the valley station of the lower drag lift in Bärngschwendt.

Can I buy a voucher?

All information for the purchase of a webshop voucher can be found here.

Are tickets available on site?

Yes, most of our tickets can also be purchased at our on-site ticket machines (cash or card payment).

However, we recommend booking via our webshop to reduce waiting times.

How are the admission prices for small children regulated?

Children up to and including 4 years old ride the chairlift and drag lifts for free when accompanied by a paying adult.

In the climbing forest, children may only climb from the age of 5 and a minimum height of 120 cm.
Please note the minimum grip heights prescribed for the courses - courses 1-5: 160 cm and courses 6-8: 170 cm

The Fly-Line may also only be used from the age of 5 and a minimum height of 120 cm.

Important: Children and young people (5-17 years) require the signature of a parent or guardian on the user declaration.

Do you also offer packages for company parties / children's birthdays?

Yes, we are happy to put together an individual package for your company party / children's birthday party.
