If you purchased your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You can present this directly at the respective turnstile/reader of the facility.

Chairlift annual passes and 10-ride tickets must first be collected at the information point at the chairlift valley station during opening hours.

The parking lots are located at the valley station of the chairlift on Unternberg (approximately 150 meters from the top station of the lower drag lift) and at the valley station of the lower drag lift in Bärngschwendt.

Yes, most of our tickets can also be purchased at our on-site ticket machines (cash or card payment).

However, we recommend booking via our webshop to reduce waiting times.

Children up to and including 4 years of age travel free on the chairlift when accompanied by a paying adult.

In the high ropes course, children may only climb from the age of 5 and a minimum height of 120 cm.
Please note the minimum grip heights prescribed for the courses - courses 1-5: 160 cm and courses 6-8: 170 cm

The Fly-Line may also only be used from the age of 5 and a minimum height of 120 cm.

Important: Children and teenagers (5-17 years) require the signature of a parent or guardian on the user declaration to enter the high ropes course.
